This Pinot Noir from the Kenyon Vineyard was harvested at the perfect moment to produce an exciting new addition to the Remotion family of wines. Petillant Natural, or naturally sparkling, wines are fermented as a white wine and then chilled and bottled prior to completion. Fermentation then finishes in bottle producing natural carbonation. Pronounced lemon and lime zest play harmoniously with slight yeasty notes and bubbles. Enjoy now!

At Remotion we like to experiment and have fun. This year we produced a very limited quantity of a nouveau style Pinot Noir. The fruit for this wine remained whole cluster and underwent 14 days of carbonic maceration. It subsequently was crushed, destemmed and fermented cold and slow to preserve its delicate character. The subsequent wine is playful and fun with notes of red berries and bubblegum. A wine to be consumed early and often…..at least until it’s gone. 38 cases produced.
